“The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is a blend of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon and 18% Cabernet Franc. Deep garnet-purple colored, the nose is youthfully reticent, needing considerable swirling to unlock fragrant notes of black cherry compote, baked blackberries and freshly crushed blackcurrants, plus touches of dried lavender, black tea and crushed rocks. The medium to full-bodied palate is tightly knit with firm, fine-grained tannins and bold freshness securing the energetic fruit, delivering exhilarating tension and a long, mineral-laced finish.” – Lisa Perrotti-Brown
